So, today is the first day of my Thanksgiving Break from school and it's going rather well. My mom made cranberry and orange muffins this morning then made some chocolate chip cookies. ^^ I've been watching a few of my favorite Tim Burton movies too- hooray for Edward Scissorhands and The Nightmare Before Christmas. But enough of the creature comforts! Thanksgiving is a holiday meant for us to count our blessings and I've been wondering what exactly am I thankful for? There's so many things, it's hard to decide. ^^

1) The house I'm able to live in and all the necessities and people within.
2) My dear friends because friendship is the thing that never dies easily.
3) My very special someone who seems to have come around in a form of divine intervention.
4) The talents I am blessed with.
5) The knowledge I have been presented with in my years of school.

Sure, probably seems like a dumb list to have, but it comes from the heart and that's all that matters. I hope everyone has a happy Thanksgiving and takes a moment to think about all the things they're thankful for, then as a follow up, I hope everyone has a happy holiday season no matter what they celebrate. ^^ Cheers everyone!
